Job Title: MS Engineer
MS Engineer ( Note: This position is a three-month contract position and is renewable subject to availability and performance).

Functional Role
The Service Engineer Operational Role is typically working with service network layer functionality activities associated to the (Service Management & Operations (SM&O) Readiness-Fulfillment, Assurance and Billing (R-FAB) process areas.

The Service Engineer is responsible for changes introduced to the service network layer functionality and to contribute in the creation and improvements to Operation Center (OC) procedures and routines to keep the configuration, severability / traffic ability performance & billing provisioning at specified level.
